Anyone replaced seat belts on 1985 C4 Vette? Did GM pay for them?

Not sure if GM or the dealer would still be responsible for that specific recall. I've looked at the recall notice, but have not seen ANYTHING that suggests a time limit for the manufacture's responsibility. I have not had any issues with either side on my '85 belts, so I haven't had to replace either of them for that issue.
