MEDIUM SILVER METALLIC
I'm looking for a rear hatch window striker for my 84, that is a attached to the window which in turn locks in place to the latch assembly in the rear of the cargo area. The rubber coating on mine is in bad shape. I understand that GM doesn't make this part (GM#10209087)anymore but was told that someone may have a NOS available. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Ron

try ebay or central corvette,mid america, also there are several junk yards that have a bunch of c4s parts. i know when i need a part i look on e-bay frist. i have had great luck finding hard to find ome parts. i have a friend that just picked up a 85 vette that hes going to sell parts off of it . i'll check with him some time to day.

I have tried the major corvette dealers, Corvette Central, Ecklers, Corvette America ZIP etc and none carry this part I have also checked e-bay and the ones listed are in worst shape then mine.

Dino's Corvette in Mississippi found me parts for my '84...reasonable prices and quick service. I can't understand how there could be so many '84's out there and no parts anywhere

I Goggled the part number. Dino's. Shows they have 24 of them. Last updated in 2010.

i'm sure you bought all of the strikers on e-bay, remember they where worse than yours . well atleast the man has some where to go now to get his part. i guess when you try to help someone out by giving him or her a guestion , theres allways someone else has to be a negitive. i hope you get the part you need.
