My 95 won't start after changing radiator

I have a 1995 C4 Corvette I changed the radiator I disconnected the battery terminal when I did it and now the car won't start the - lights are blinking and it's making a clicking noise the hazards are blinking do you know what could be wrong I think my battery's no good

Yes; it sounds like a weak battery or bad connection.

Clean and tighten all terminals and wires in the start circuit whether you disconnected them or not.

Yeah I'll tie everything up light still blinking but if I jump the sooner I'd on a starter with a key on it starts right up but lights keep blinking is there 2 alarms on the car how do I reset them can anybody know and test what I'm asking thank you
