I just saw your post regarding your headlights. I have some pictures and procedure of a fix I recently completed after replacing the 3 bushings in the motor-drive. I am not a professional mechanic/photographer/tech writer but this fix saved me buying a new motor-drive assembly.
If you still have the problem, I can e-mail what I have which should help.

Hi rmuff: I sent my headlight motors out to be rebuilt and am having trouble putting them back together. they had them almost a month and I can't figure out where some of the parts go Could you possibly email me the pictures you took of yours. the ones I took arn't showing what I need to see. Thanks I have looked every where for diagrams but no luck.
