I was thinking of buying a hatch vent to keep the wind buffeting down inside of my 95 when I occasionally take off the top. Do these work and what is good one to get. Thanks

Never used one myself, but a lot of the folks here have them, and say they work great.

Haven't used one either, but from experience working with them in the pleasurecraft industry, they're great for cruising but high speeds shake mountings loose over time and I'm not a big fan of them.
Remember, there's no place like ~ ;)

They do work great for the buffeting. There are 2 basic types. The "quick" ones with no screws or bolts to install. And the not so quick ones that need tools to install. I have the quick one. It allows the window to bounce up and down a little, so might not be the best if you drive on a lot of rough roads.

I have the quick one, if nothing else I like the ventilation I get when parked in the Hot Southern days.

I have the one you need the roof tool to tighten down..it takes about 2 minutes to install/uninstall...I leave mine right in the console for the summer...never once experienced window rattle with it in place....leaves it open about 1.5 inches...and NOTICABLE difference in inside turbulance and noise....great for car shows as well....I got mine thru Mid-America......about $30 or so....

Ditto. Mine is on all spring, summer and fall. I have the hard one, never an issue and really makes a difference, top on or off.

I have the twist on/off one. Works great. It's like flow through ventilation and keeps the car
cool while driving. I don't even have to turn on the a/c. It works great and is worth it. It really is inexpensive when you think about it. With the top off, it really makes a difference with the wind coming through and now it has a place to go out.
I bought mine from ebay.
