I am looking for some help on removing (and installing new) sun visors that have the "dog eared" look (kind of remind me of my Labrador Retriever's ears) on my 95 Coupe. Has anyone replaced their sun visors? Looks like a good winter time weekend project and its coming up on that time. I have ordered replacement visors so I thought while I wait for them to come in I would see if I can get some guidance from someone who has undertaken this task. I would appreciate any information on this task. Thanks....

A timely post as I also have been thinking about an update to the sunvisors in my 88 convertible.

Found replacement visors at Corvette America with C4 Logo on one side, nice looking visors on their webb page so I placed 2 on order.

An easy fix is to take a metal window blind, cut it 12" long, slide it in behind the mirror on each visor and the dog ears are gone...

Thanks for the "insert metal blind" trick, thought the same by using pieces of an old oil dip stick but than I wouldn't get the C4 logo (the ones I ordered have the logo embroidered on one side). This should enhance the appearance of my interior. Thanks again, still going to change them out.

Replaced mine a few years ago on my '93. Its a no brainer. Remove your top and you'll see a screw that holds the visor on and a connector for the mirror light. Took me 15 minutes a side

When I bought my C4 (93 Vert) it had NO sunvisors, just two nasty spikes where the sunvisors used to be.

I went to a pick-it-yourself salvage yard and found sunvisors from a '90s Chrysler Sebring convertible that might fit. I took them off their old mount and slid them on the spikes and Voila! New sunvisors. NCRS-worthy? Nah! But they work great and look great.

I have dark tinted windows and that windshield tint strip so I just removed mine mount and all and left them off.
