Any tips on how to adjust the headlights on my '95 C4? Can't find anything on youtube.

Shops have the correct tools to do this....unless you want to buy those, just go to the chevy dealership .

I've seen the tool in the catalogs; usually just a couple of bucks. I can't imagine that it is really all that difficult a procedure.

the tool to do the adjustment with is a couple of bucks....special gauges to align the N vs S and the E vs W isn't.....the gauges are factory calibrated to not allow headlights shine in the oncoming lane.
