84c4 to e86c4 top interchangable?

Does anyone know if an 1984 c4 top will fit an early 1986 c4? are the mounting brackets the same........I found one in mint condition for 300.00 and hate to pass it up

I honestly dont know....but I think a search in the FSM will give you enough info to find out.....it not, search FleBay and see if any of the auctions state that year ranges of cars they fit.

Thanks Jim......It fits beautiful......went to Boston today (in the rain) and picked it up.....I also picked up some other hard to find parts from the same guy....averaged 24.3 mpg....not bad huh?
