Dar................I'll have to give Tide a sniff
The task took my like 3 1/2 hours. My car is garaged and covered, and the paint job is in good shape. Just follow the directions to the letter and you should have no problems.
Good luck, post a picture when u are done.
Still waiting for the spinner to come in the mail.

Vette(s): Two 1982 Collector's Editions
I live in New Jersey and have two CEs. I use Zaino on both; (Zaino Bros. is just down the road in Howell, NJ); and swear this stuff has "mother's" and "Maguires" (and others) beat hands-down. I purchased more at Corvettes at Carlisle, and I listened to people who came up to the booth with their friends, exclaiming that this was the shiniest, slickest stuff they had ever seen.
I have met Sal Zaino, and he keeps the company and products pretty close. That's why you don't see advertising or the product in any store.
It is also kind of a "cult"; centered around how many coats of Zaino you have on the car. A typical conversation sounds like this: "What do you use on your car?" "Zainos". "How many coats?" The answer is usually tens, dozens or more. The highest I heard was over 200 coats of Zainos.
The whole process (the first time) took one whole day - starting with the claybar. After that washing becomes easier, bugs wipe off, and applying another coat is easier.
I call Z-6 (used as the last step) "Miracle Fluid"; it allows wipedowns before shows (even if there is a little dirt on the car), removes spots, etc. It was helpful after every rain shower at Carlisle.

I agree, that Z-6 is great stuff. The car is so "slick", literally, after application
