What is done to repair the hinge on the wiper door when the bushings on the pressed together pins go out?
Thanks, T.

If you are familiar with the wiper door hinge then you know ALL the pivot points except those where the door itself bolts to it are pressed together rivet type pins....
Since I posted this I received several replies on a different forum,
Seems these Pressed together pins are hard to find replacements for and the old ones are drilled out should total rebuild of the hinge be required.
The shoulder bolts for the door and the bushing are available from most vette parts dealers...
Since I'm doing a one off custom I have moved away from using the wiper door.
Cheers, T.
