Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses. 2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
I was at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway yesterday for qualifications (gotta love that place!!).  I saw two pace cars (exactly the same in appearance, and I assume, functionality), but was able to get close enough to this one to get some good pix!  Enjoy!

Not sure if this is a separate VIN sequence like the original '78 Corvette Indy 500 Pace Car, so I snapped a close up of the VIN just in case.

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Oh yeah! I loved that race. But then , my man Jimmy J. came through again. That felt almost as good as when your favorite football team wins. 49ERS  YEAH! 49ers

Well, at least you get to feel good once this year LOL.  Sorry.  Did the 9'ers win a game last year?  I am a big "Samurai Mike" Singletary fan though... manget12009-07-28 03:16:42
