I honestly wouldn't be able to say for sure. A future "caretaker" looking for a totally "as from the factory car" may bypass it, or try pay less than asking price. NCRS judging might frown on it and dock a few points. But the Gymkhana suspension (RPO FE7) and Tilt-telescopic steering (N37) were factory options so a different future "caretaker" may look those as a bonus.
But hey, it's your car at the moment so do whatever you want to do to make it the best for you!

Save the old parts and the next owner can put them back in if they want. They are upgrades though.
