I just called the parts house to make sure they had a base gasket for a spreadbore Holley. They have two kinds. One with the pri. and sec. holes and the other open with no holes. Which do I want? Is one better than the other or for a different application? Thanks |headscratch| This is on a '71 that originally had a Q-jet.......

It really fairly simple. How is your intake made? It may or may not have the center section. You want the gasket to match.

Thanks. That was simple enough. I just haven't removed my carb yet to replace it. |withstupid|
