I'm boiling.......literally.

Has anyone had to overcome vapor lock in their fuel system? It occurs in traffic and on hot days. (Hawaii gets hot) I can see the fuel bubbling in my transparent fuel filter. I have headers, and the engine compartment gets HOT. This must be common, any suggestions.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you insulate both the headers and the fuel lines it will help. You could use a ceramic coating for the headers instead of a wrap.

Ken,

Thank you for the response. I am going to have to something. The ceramic coating was an option I had not considered. I guess I will keep insulating until it stops.

Thanks again,

Bret
