Vette(s): 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Just bought it from my uncle who owned it since 1971. Fathom green, green interior. 350/300, T400.
I took the car to a shop and used an infrared sensor. It read about 200 degrees at several places on the engine (intake, heads, block, etc). The gauge meanwhile was reading 230. I think I may have a bad sender, and this was one that was supposed to be calibrated to the gauge.
