If you have a 180* fan sensor, then the fan is supposed to run anytime the temp gets above that temp, regardless of the thermostat calibration. Of course, if there is a prollem with the thermo, then that could cause the fan to run all the time too....but it don't make sense if the engine temp is 160*
now I'm cornfused....again...

just another thought here--how accurate is the temp guage you are going by. best thing would be to check the temp of the engine with an infared thermometer.

Wired the same as it was with the 327. Operated normally. I'll check the paperwork on the relay and let yous guys know.
