Yes it does.  But the variation is in a return line.   Many engines do not have a return line from the fuel pump.  The higher performance engine do have the return line.   The tank must, or must not, have the connection line for the return line.

You can still get a factory tank from the dealer. I got one for Lowbrowser a few months ago. Costs a little more than the reproduction, but it is a FACTORY part.

Just my 2 cents. Also order the sender gasket and seal too.

some earley 70's had vented gas caps and no EEC, somewhere during the run they went they went to a non vent tank with EEC on some models, what I would do is pull the tank so you know how many vent lines you have then order, one or two, left or right.anips38511.5850925926

yes you can, either-or, just as long as it matches the one that came out, personally I'd go with the factory if I had the money.

This is where I got mine. Great price and excellent quality. Comes w/filler neck gasket & new bolts, sender seal & lock ring. Perfect re[production, and they have any info you would need concerning which tank for any specific engine combo. Give these guys a look-see!

btw....this is where all the other suppliers get their tanks to begin with. Cut out the middleman !!! Adams' Apple38512.7637962963
