Well, thanks to Ron 78, Joel (Adams Apple) Anips, and my friend Tom, My current problem is no longer.  Not only were the front adjusting screws on my Q-Jet off, but my timing was 24 degrees advanced . The car is running better than ever, and cooler  with a few minor adjustments we'll have the idle fine tuned.

Thanks guys
