rattling A/C fan

Any ideas on how to stop that fan from making all that noise? I am sure it is a baring gone bad.. but who much do I need to pull to get to it? it looks all cramed up under the fender

Any help would be great!

Sometimes if you tap on the raised bearing housing on the top of the fan motor, it will stop the noise. This may last a long time, or not long at all. Best thing is to just replace the blower motor.

Be sure to check the blower cage when you take it out. A damaged cage, or debris in the cage, will also make similar noise.
