That does look pretty cool! I put a K&N cold air on my F-350 and I wasn't impressed for the money that I spent.

With the new motor I am putting in, been looken for a way to reduce inlet air temp. Just have not found anything I really like plus I have the RPM manifold so in need something that has a low profile. Don't want to spend money right now on a new hood. Oh well, may just end up with a drop base air cleaner.

If I build a single tube cold air for the C3s how many of ya'll would be interested? I should be able to make them for around 100 bucks with a name brand filter.

If you want a cold air induction, use an '82 hood and remove the vacuum operated door. The '82 hood has an air duct built into the hood.

Bob, how do you like that one? My friend has the same one and the corner hits the hood, it closes fine so he left it that way. Does your's hit.

I bought through Jegs. I paid $270.00 for it. not certain that it will fit under the stock hood. Jegs web page usually has an application information that would let you know if it will work for you car. just cclick on the criteria, year, make model etc...
