New exhaust on but needs tweaking.

Finally, finally hung the new exhaust. It's a true dual system from Mid America. I think once the car is on the ground (next year) I will have a shop hang it right. It is a booger to do it on your back with mosquitos taking a chunk out of my a$$ at the same time.

Best of luck with it all & keep us posted.

Exhausting work, I know.
The tweaking is difficult on the ground. But it can be done.

I know it is a lot of work, I did the same on my 1979. It is worth it. I found the left side was a little hard to hang because the 79 was not designed for true dual ex, still has the left side hole in the cross member. I added an extra hanger left side just in front of the rear wheel. This made it solid. I also added an H pipe just behing the tran. This also helped. Now it runs and SOUNDS like a Vet.
