Magnaflow muffler

I would like to use these mufflers on my 82

The body measurements look right only difference is the overall length is 20" stock is 16.75". I believe the difference is in the length of the inlet and outlet necks. I was thinking of cutting the necks back. Has anyone used these or think they will work on my 82?

I put a set of Magnaflows on my '68 that I got from Corvette Central.

They sell them with the outlet & inlets already welded on.

Check out part # 323454

On the 72 I used magnaflow 14325 it has a different offset http://i482.photobucket.com/albums/rr190/acplus/080708050.jpg

but has the same length as 14336

here is a pic of a dynomax on the 1980

Your 14336 will work fine.

Thanks. The 72 looks sweet.

I really like the polished look. I figured it would fit fine. I just wanted the polished muffler.
