Continuing the frustrating search for correct parts. Does anyone know for certain the GM part number of the fan shroud for my '70 LT1? I have determined from members that it is plastic, and a 26" radiator. Most sources feel it is the same one as base motor four speed cars. Can anyone confirm that, and tell me the GM part number? It is supposedly molded in, so does anyone have one they can look at?
Thanks
Larry

Last week Joel sent me the parts manual on CD. This week he looked it up for me, and said the same thing I thought: "It looks like the original part number is 3956109". The list is a bit ambiguous, which is why I asked. SO I would appreciate a confirmation from someone who has one.
Thanks Joel, for service above and beyond...
