Sorry Aaron, my bad for not taggin this part when I put it away. I did some research in the GM Parts Manual and found that this piece is correct for 1978 - 1982. It's gotta tag on it now and I wont waste anyone elses time with false hopes. Good luck in your search.

Luke, I just looked at that one and according to the parts list manual that duct is almost Identical to the one for 76. The only difference looks to be the small round vent that would be on the under side of the duct. Not a bad thing at all since it would provide some cooling for the feet and lower legs. I say it would work. Just my two cents...

I think I need to stick to the '74 to '77 left duct when I find one. On the rectangular end (it's not a true rectangle shape) is kinda shaped funny with the upper side narrowed on the end with the round end angled up to fit the dash outlet vent. As seen in this pic.

I understand your concern Aaron. I would at least ask the guy on ebay for another photo showing that end of the duct which goes on to the Dash outlet vent. According to the parts manual numbers the one he has listed is good through 1974 and the only change showing in the manual is that round vent on the bottom. But, ultimately it is your choice and it isn't like you have to make a purchase today for one. Good luck on this one...

I called Jim and left a message, he called back in less than 20 minutes. He will look through what he has and get back to me. He tells me he might become a C3VR vendor to save us all some money on parts. Thanks for letting me know about him. Everyone else should write his number down.
