I picked my valves up from NAPA. If your local NAPA does not stock them I am sure they can order a set for you. I had to put my valves where I can reach them easily. We get some wide temp swing here in the desert. In the spring its not uncommon to have cool mornings and hot afternoons.

I did mine also, last year, it makes a difference. It is super easy, the only thing is the valves I bought were only one size on inlet and outlet. So, I bought 5/8", it fit the small hose and I clamped it really tight on the large hose. I put one on each hose, right where the original valve is, all it takes is a sharp knife and a screwdriver and about 15 minutes. Just go to any auto parts store and ask for manual heater hose shut off valves. If they don't know what it is you want you don't need to do business there!

That's the problem now a days with these young kids working at part stores, you ask a question and if it aint in the puter it aint real. Drives me crazy sometimes trying to explain things to a guy or girl at the counter.I did this to my car also, used the NAPA valve's. One of the best mod's you can make for the money and time. Stops the phewin the car.
