Hi all,

I have a 69 big block,

I want to replace the receiver drier up inside the fender well by the fan

What is the best way.

Can it be done from underneath?

Car was totally restored, but I am not sure if I bought a new one.

I am going to go through my receipts.

I have Hooker headers and side pipes.

I may need to drop the passenger side.

I rebuilt the air box but never bought the compressor to hook it up.

Want to install it this winter.

( No I do not want to put in Vintage Air. )

Thanks in advance.

Joe

Isn't it normally in front of the condenser?

OMG you are right!

Ok, so I think the car came with a 1974 air box ! It has a ac dryer accumulater on it

I did look at old pictures and there was a receiver dryer mounted up front as in picture.

Gotta look down stairs for that.

So, can I get to dryer accumulater then ?

I don't know.  On my 72, the eggcrate gills are removable and give more access than you have.
