I found mine due to not having the metal line from the pump to the carb.  The PO had spliced in a filter and a nipple on the carb.  It was leaking down onto the intake (what a guy he was...).

You can get the correct replacement line from any of the parts houses.  Some of the houses that sponsor our site even give occasional discounts.
