Started cleaning up the fuel tank last night and today, it's an aftermarket looks like the Ecklers one with no bladder. I thought it was in nice shape until I removed the the top and peeked inside, it's lined with fiberglass??? Anyways, a couple of breaks in the liner how,,? don't ask me? I had suspicions of a leak and found a tiny hole on the bottom. I called Por-15 tech and they said the tank sealent isn't an option with the lined tanks but maybe some por-15 on the outside might do the trick. The tank is in otherwise great shape, seems like patching would be the way to go. Any suggestions would be helpfull!!!

I "fixed " the original tank on the '74 several times before I gave in and bought a new one. Well worth it.
Don't know aboot the POR stuff, but they do have some great products. It just might be worth a shot.

I was wondering the same thing myself. On the inside it's got what looks like a couple cracks, (tears) in the fiberglass. So I'm thinking that it would probably cut the bladder even if I could get one in there. I'm
