Gilbert, try disconnecting the battery then re-connect. It will reset the computer (no codes), then drive around for awhile and see it helps. The pulsing is controlled by the computer. The temp. sensor may be bad, if the computer thinks the car is still cold you can have that problem. The temp. sensor is in the intake manifold, not the one in the drivers side head (for guage).
