I just installed a fuel pressure gauge and am only getting a reading of 3-4 PSI. Is this enough? If not, how do I increase it. I have a new Holley fuel pump.

3 to 4 is plenty of fuel pressure unless you're driving WOT all the time. some fuel pumps put out 6-7psi; too much pressure will overcome the needle valve on the float |thumb|
