I checked out Jet Hot too! Did you get a chance to look at their photo gallery of customers? There was a sweet 79 with sidepipe setup so I contacted them about the cost, here was their reply...

The sidepipe system is $1175, including headers, sidepipes, mufflers,
hardware and shipping to you. Pretty reasonable for an entire exhaust
system.
We don't coat cylinder walls though. I guess we could, but it would be
really expensive due to the handling and care that would be required. It's
not a big deal if we spray a header and the coating isn't perfectly even,
but it would be on a cylinder wall.
