The pic above is directly from the '74 Assembly Instruction Manual, for L48 and L82 engines. THE OE part # is 3935420, which is still available from several sources.
PARAGON CORVETTE shows it for $28. Quanta Products has correct part #, dated belt for $26, if you are going for Judging points.
For whatever reason, I didn't see that page. I'll blame it on senility.
It looks like the right size.

So....Now for my question. Were L-82s Big Blocks or just small blocks? It was my understanding that Big Blocks had a different identifier.

The L82 took the place of the LT1 as the "high performance" small block starting in '73. It is a small block 350.

That was my understanding. So....What am I missing with the 427 and 454 in the equation? Did the BBC, and SBC have the same set up? Why is this so new to many of us.

Not really sure what it is you're asking, Mark. If you're asking about belt set-ups, then no, the small block have different belt/accessory setups from big blocks. Even small blocks have different set-ups depending on equipment/options.
