What is the correct Q-Jet part number for a 1970 350/350hp 11:1 compression? What car originally came on this car with this motor option?

Do not know for sure. I think it is about 550 but I wouldn't bet on it.

Someone else will probably know for sure.

I believe most Q-Jets are rated from about 650-800 cfm. The single figure I see printed the most for Vettes is 795 cfm. The Q-Jet's air on demand design and spread-bore construction keeps smaller displacement engines from being "over carbureted" like a square bore carb could at an equally large cfm rating.
