You'll likely have to splice a coupla hoses together to get the stuff to fit and route them to the hidden accumulator buried up under the right front fender in your '76, but it's doable. No where close to all the other hassles involved computerizing the '76 dinosaur...

Oh, I'm well aware of all the hassels , believe me !! As I said, most verything has to be custom made. Thankfully, Street and Performance has everything I need ! We've only fired the engine for a few seconds , to make sure it would turn over . It doesn't have the nose on yet, hence no cooling system .It really isn't too far from getting the nose on, just a few minor things to do here and there . The power steering lines were another joy, but I got that solved .
I didn't really think there would be too many problems, a/c wise . Just flushing out the compressor is about all . Everything else is new !
But , what a project this monster turned out to be !

I understand 100%. That's why I decided to go the dinosaur route with a ZZ-4, a Quadrajet and a 700R4. I did drive the thing from Nashville to Panama City, FL and back and got 20 MPG on the road at 80 - 85 MPH.
