Vette(s): 1965-327 coupe, 1968-small block coupe, 1969-427, 1971-454 coupe and currently a 1976-ZZ4 coupe reborn again,and hotter than ever.. Add a 1996 CE LT-4 for backup
I can't seem to find a set of headers that will fit on a ZZ4 engine with aluminum;58cc chambered heads and D-shaped exhaust ports thats going in my 1976. I have found some block huggers, but, not to fit the  D-port shape heads? It's a 4 speed with AC. Could I use round tublar headers on the D-shaped ports without hurting the engine? Does anyone know of a manufacture that supplies what I need? Some of you out there must have these heads on your engine? I'm up here in the North Country the snow is a going and I need to finish this car? What's the answer? So far everything I  have needed has come from the lower 48 states, this will be no exception. come on guys where are they....Terry

I don't know the answer, but you might contact Summit Racing and ask their techs. You might also contact header manufacturers like Hooker, Hedmen, etc., and see what they say.

Thanks kevin and all,

I have purchased a set of Sanderson's that are made specific for my aluminum "D"- port heads.....Terry

You can always check with Hooker.  They should have any combination you need.kstyer38444.5977199074
