AC Heater Controller

Just got the air working on my 82 and now the vacuum operated doors aren't working. Installed a kit with all new vacuum hoses yesterday and it didn't help. With the sides off the console I can hear what sounds like a air leak. The only thing I can think of is that the controller on the console is leaking and causing my problem. Is there any repair for this or do I have to buy a whole new controller? I've already been through my catalogs and there awfully pricey.

Found one on ebay for $80. Suppose to be rebuilt with new lens and faceplate.

Doc Rebuild has the climate control vacuum switch only. Catalog #8846367, fits 77-82 for $13.50 (price advertised in an old catalog, probably is more by now).
