Got another problem, Guys, it's serious.....
On the bracket that's attached to the exhaust manifold, the last bolt (always is!) is in sorry shape. I'm "quakin' in my boots" it isn't gonna survive my tuggin' and yankin'. I hit it with Brakleen to clean out the crud followed by a generous doucing of CRC and I got my best 1/2" 6-point Snap-on socket on the case. Does anybody have any other suggestions? And please, don't suggest prayer, I tried it already. Thanks, Brethren.

Simple answer. Heat. Get it hot and the bolt will come out easier. A propane torch may help, but may not be enough. Amen.
Now the weird part ... Don't laugh ... I am actually an Ordained Minister. Yep. Got it through the web, so it doesn't mean much. Well, it does mean something. I did need to meet some requirements. But I am registered with the State Of Ohio, and can legally perform weddings, funerals, etc. I never have, yet. You can find me in the State of Ohio web site listing clergy to perform weddings.
Anybody want to be married in their Vette??
I can do the job in Ohio!

Coming from you, that just doesn't surprise me, Bossman,
and I'm not being disrespectful when I say this. Next time we're in Ohio we'll look you up so you can overhaul, err, "renew our vows".
Thanks for "heat" tip.

As old as "brew" is, there's gotta be something in the Bible about it. Anyway, here's to ya, Ken

I have nothing against beer. But I don't like it. Tastes bad. I'll be happy to have iced tea along with you having your beer
Every Friday at Simpson Chevrolet we would cash our pay checks at noon, and at 5 most of the techs and bodymen would go to the Fiesta and have a couple before going home. Everyone but me had beer. All the wives knew where we were for an hour or two. Two guys would stay till close and get ripped. We worked 1/2 day on Saturday and they were serious hung over. We made more noise on Saturday than most other days combined. Fun for us all but those two.
The good book speaks of brew several times. Nothing wrong with it. But like anything else, to excess can be a problem and is not a good thing.
