82 c/f wont start

     voltage at conector@ tank only at center wire of three

     fuse good

     changed relay f/p

     checked pump with direct source and pump worked re installed

     What am I missing here??

I ruled out a f/p problem with the direct source connection.

could it be ecm or something else?

I dont have a wiring diagram , will recheck f/p
