My 69 Vet the A/C is always on even with ignition key off. Any ideas? Could it be the blower motor switch/relay/resistor????

Do you mean the blower fan is always running? If so, does it run on high speed? If it stays on, blowing on high speed, chances are the high blower relay is stuck on. It has 12v all the time, coming from the alternator connection to the battery. If the relay gets stuck, it will power the blower all the time. The connector can get hot, and melt, so take a look and see if that is the issue.

My guess is the contacts that put it in MAX. As you roll the selector wheel from MAX to OFF it is not de-energizing the contacts. I would be checking the the controller in the console.

The contacts on the left side of the controller.
