CAN ANYONE POST A PICTURE ON HOW TO MOUNT THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER NOZZLE. i AM TRYING TO RESTORE THE WASHER SYSTEM ON MY `69. i AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT POPPING OFF.
ALSO i RECENTLY PURCHASE A ( FUNCTIONAL WASHER PUMP REPLACEMENT) WITH 3 PORTS. iT IS NOT QUITE WHAT I HAVE ON THE CAR. THE 3 PORT VALVES ON THR PASSENGER SIDE ARE OK BUT i ALSO HAVE A VALVE PORT ON THE DRIVERSIDE WHICH DID NOT COME WITRH THE NEW PUMP. iS THIS A SEPARATE PART?
wHAT IS IT CALLED?
tHE LAST 5 C3`S i LOOKED AT WITH THIS TYPE OF SYSTEM DIDN`T HAVE ANY HOOKED UP. ASSEMBLY MANUAL IS REAL VAGUE.

It's really hard to find anyone with a replacement 5-port washer pump kit. Even the hard-core suppliers don't seem to have them. You can get lucky sometimes and find NOS stuff, but... $$$$$$$$!!!!

I am interested in the same pic as my '73 is missing and the new one does not quite look right. If possible a picture from the top and bottom side...

When I get home next week I'll try to shoot some photos. I might even have a diagram as I bought a replacement tube and mounted it about 6 years ago. Also, Paragon started making reproduction plastic clips that hold the tube to the wiper arm - indispensible!!!

I must have looked at a dozen vettes and no one
had them hooked up.
I have the tubes and the ]plastic mounting clips.
Just not sure of the plcaement.they seem to keep popping off.
By the way does your work? and do you have the head lamp washers too!

Here are two photos I took of the wiper arms. I don't know if you can see the detail because the tube and wiper arm are both painted black.
Photo 003 is the driver side. The tube is mounted entirely under the wiper arm.
Photo 007 is the passenger side. The tube is mounted to the left (outside) of the arm, then is crosses over on top of the arm.
If these don't help, let me know and I'll try moving the car outside tomorrow - maybe better lighting?
