Installed Wilwood capipers all the way around. New master that was bench bleed. Tried pumping pedal, gravity bleed, pressure bleed, held rears vertical like Wilwood suggestedand still have a soft pedal. I've gone through more than two quarts of Dot 4. Fluid coming out of both front and back so I don't think its the proportioning valve. Also, the light doesn't come on but does with the parking brake so I assume its OK. What can I do next?

Welcome to the forum.
Did you use stainless steel braided brake lines? Have you contacted Wilwood to see if they have any ideas?

Yes I used stainless steel brake lines. The only other suggestion from Wilwood was to try a reverse bleeder that bleeds from the caliper back to the master. I don't see how that could be any better than using the pressure bleeder I have (Speedibleed).

I struggled with the same issue on "The Toy". Started with new calipers, new flexible lines and new master cylinder from a local parts supplier. Tried all the bleeding techniques as you have and also didn't get a solid pedal. The supplier replaced all the calipers - same result. Then the supplier replaced the master cylinder - BINGO...!!! Even though the first master cylinder was new out of the box it was the problem.
