Mine are turned in. Figured it might look better since the body is white. The other thing is that I hate to clean tires, especially white letters... |laugh|

Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.
Just a question, but why buy raised white letters if you're not going to show them? There are plenty of blackwall tires out there for those who don't like the white letter look, so I've never quite understood why someone would buy white letters, then have them mounted on the inside of the tire?

It all has to deal with personal preference...and I prefer my letters being seen. Yes they take more care, but what doesn't on a Vette?!

I always thought the same thing. Especially on vehicles that sit higher than a Vette. From behind you can see the lettering, looks "dime store" to me. |frown|

Lettering out on a Shark... |biggrin|
