I insure with American Collectors...great to deal with. I haven't make a claim to test them in that respect, but a friend has and he said service from them was outstanding.

American Collectors with me also.
Just from what i have heard from folks who did file a claim they were good to work with. Made things right.
The problem with most insurance companies is they are REALLY GOOD at taking the money from you.
And are REALLY BAD at sending any back in the event of a accident.

I'm with Grundy...
I pay a little over $1200 a year for both my '82 and '06 Vettes. That includes me wanting to cover the '06 to $70,000 and the '82 to $25,000. You pay according to how u want your coverage. No deductibles as well. Full coverage, no fault, blah, blah, blah...some of the best coverage I've had in years of insuring cars.
The insurance which has been used on the '82 already after being hit in the front end (parking lot damage) last August. No questions asked as well when the agent came by my house to do the appraisal, except general type of questions as far as your identity. The shop to do the repairs was of my own choosing as well.
To get the policy, I had to send in photos of each car...one from the front, rear, sides, and 3/4 front. Once 'we' determined the amount of coverage I wanted, the papers hit my mail box within 2 to 3 days.
No mileage or event limits as well.
The only coverage I'll consider switching to at the moment is if the National Corvette Museum's new insurance feature can compare. But it will have to be equal to what I carry now with Grundy.
In the future, I will also likely insure the other vehicles we have as a family, which Grundy will do as well.
One draw back, at least for me anyway, is there is no monthly payments...you pay in one lump sum annually.

Ive been with American Collectors since I bought the Vette,9 years now,pay $120.00 a year,5k miles,locked garage,nobody under 25,they raise the agreed value every year by 1k,no problems

I have used JC Taylor for last two years - took a rock to the windshield and they replaced no problems with my choice of glass and glass company - no cost to me other than the $211 per year. I would recommend them.

Lets see now you drove it 30 miles last year so....30 miles about 2 gallons of gas at say 4 bucks each.....thats 8 bucks...change oil and filter....maybe 30 bucks.....so 120+8+30=158 lets divide that by 365....so hmmmmm..... 43 cents a day. yep I'd fer sure sell it.
Just got my JC Taylor bill 168 dollars for the year including the NYS added insurance

I have mine thur state farm with an agreed value,for 116 yr,it's on with my other cars.The little bumper car epitsode I had they paid to fix the car with no trouble(rate didnt go up )Most of the ones I did check into required a garage,which I don't have.
