Hi guys, could you tell me where I can go to check out pictures of all the member's cars? I need some serious inspiration
PS Does anyone know where I can get an engine vacuum diagram for an '81? I need canister hose locations, etc. I found a lot of disconnected hoses (maybe because it may have had a smog pump at one time?) I'm not sure if I need to connect them or not. Thanks, George

Hi George,
There is not a central gallery of pictures within C3VR. The closest thing would be to go into the "Online C3 Vette Show" and browse through the entries (click on the red arrow next to each member name to see if they loaded up more pictures). Another place to look would be the "C3 of the Week (C3OTW)". Links to both can be found on the "Fun" menu tab/page.

Another way to see pics is to just ask for them and what you are interested in seeing. Every Vette owner has pics, of course!
Norsky, maybe we need a gallery?Aaron1976 2008-04-03 22:10:18

malo68, There is a good headlight diagram at corvette-101.com but it does not show the rest of the engine vacuum, just headlight system. I dont know if Ive ever seen a diagram that shows the entire system in one shot. Ill check my service manual tonight but dont think there is one in there like you need.

The assembly instruction manuals (AIMs) usually show these and will note the color of the stripe on the hose in question.

The seller I bought my 69 from showed me a nice big laminated vacuum diagram that he said he got from Dr. Rebuild. He still owned more Corvettes so unfortunately, he didn't include that in the sale of the car. I've been intending to contact Dr Rebuild to see if I can get a copy but since its not an urgent need, I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Many of us have pictures in the on-line photo sites like photobucket, car domain, dotphoto, etc.
Are you thinking of doing radical changes or just modest changes?
