MPG (known as My Gas Problem) is something I have never worried about in a vette. Heck fact is I have done things to make it worse over the years in the blacray.
So I guess it would be unfair to complain. As long as it gets me from point a to point be and rumbles like a nice bow tie then I am gonna keep on smilin..... even at the pump.....

Funny, I got the 1st vette about 5 yrs. ago and I've never done the math, but whatever it is, it's worth it

Only checked the mileage on the 69 once during a 300 mile cruise to a brewery and back, let's put it this way - the old car drank a lot more than I did in terms of pure cost but even at 11 mile to gallon on the road it is a blast to drive - Have no clue what it gets around town - it couldn't be much worse though.

My Girl can get 17 if I keep my foot out of her. Needless to say I don't get 17 very often. Fuel economy is not what not what I got her for.

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
Gas mileage? LOL. i just upgraded my cam so when i get it back on the road i will figure it out. the cam is supposed to help the gas mileage but i don't know how much. all i know is its baaaaad. To go from my house to work and back is like 50 miles total (premium gas only) and i literally can watch my gas gauge drop a full quarter tank. Mind you, the way i go there is traffic and alot of stop and go with traffic lights both directions.
