Vette(s): 1976 Brown with Buckskin Interior. I bought her on 9/15/03 and just received it on OCT 1st 2003!! It needs interior work, and some things under the hood, but I am so excited! Just waiting for Summer of 2004 to totally show it off.

Oops I forgot.....I got 4 new gas shocks |smokin|

I (my C3 too) had a great hoilday!!! My poor hubby gets to install |devil|

all this stuff for me!!!!!!! |haha|

Hey,what kind of shocks? I'm not sure what kind I should get yet-lots of choices,but the prices will probly help me decide. |saluteflag|

My Dad bought it a nice car cover. My wife was going to buy me a Corvette clock that made 12 different Corvette sound, one each hour. They were out of them when she got there. I'm still trying to figure out what the 12 sounds could be.

On the "Tail of the Dragon"
(some day, no strike that, October 2008 it turned red, still in progress!)

My wife got me the clock that makes the sounds. It has a 50th anniversary logo in the center and a picture of a different year corvette for each hour. At the top of each hour it makes an engine sound for that year of car. Sometimes you hear it start up and some times it makes the sound like a car at the drag race. Its pretty neat! She got it at Marshalls, which is like a discount department store. Can't believe they had it there!

She paid $29.00 but said she saw it at a different store and it was priced around $100.00. I just checked ebay and there are two selling for $49.95 (buy it now). Check out item numbers 2213317599 and 2213319620.

New carpet set, new door panels, set of new seat covers and both new seat backs. All original color (oxblood)and style for wife's 74 coupe. almost forgot a new set of 255/60/15 Goodrich radial T/A's to be ordered this week. Santa was very good to her.

I lucked out when I got the '79,it has brand new Grand Am 245/60/15's & new Enkei wheels already on it.I got receipts I checked that came with it-it was around $1000 for all. |cheers|
