Santa (wifey) got me new T-top bags for Christmas.
What I asked for was a new 383 stroker but Santa couldn't fit it in his sleigh...

Vette(s): 1975 L-48, 4 speed, side pipes, currantly and continually under repair.
Build Date: June 16, 1975
In addition to the tires I had to buy because of a flat which I consider a x-mas gift to me (you can read about here, https://www.c3vetteregistry.com/c3vforums/message_go.asp?MID=12121 )
My kids got me 3 HotWheels 1/18 scale vettes, a beautiful wood carved wall plaque of a 53, very cool, and a corvette wall clock that when on the hour you hear the engine start and a peel out, different vettes for each hour and different sounds for each one. very very cool.

I got my engine block back from the machine shop and my Dad drove down with my heads. We spent two eight hour days putting it back together and getting it running. Sounds great...
What more could I ask for at Christmas time.

Altho I didn't get any myself, I bought my husband and son several hats and t-shirts from Ecklers and NCM. But I did buy myself an nice Corvette check book cover. Whiped it out at the grocery store a couple weeks ago and found out the check out gal and her hubby have 2 Vettes, so it's a great conversation starter!

Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.
Got my very own copy of How to Restore and Modify your Corvette...you know the one with the picture of Tim's(?) Mulsanne Blue beauty on the cover! Have only been able to look at the pictures so far, but looks like it'll be a good read.
Happy New Year

Santa: aka "The Wife" got me a Model(67 coupe) to add to my growing model collection. (I'm working on building one from each year...), a Stingray hat, a couple of vette calendars, a really neat plastic cover that goes over the open area where the wiper arms are. Not sure exactly what it's called. (She found it in one of my "wish catalogs" & thought it would be something I would like - it is!)
Well, back to work for me - Happy New Year to all!
Laters!
