Hi Gang, I know it's a little early to start thinking about going to shows and events (not). But I am working with my local (dare I say it) Ford dealer (Tom's Ford in Keyport N.J.) on getting a a show together this summer (Mike Little ,the owner, has a killer AC Cobra, and not a kit either)Linda and I joke alot on face book and they took me seriously,so, I am going to talk with a few friends in different clubs to see who is interested for a good day of different muscle on one lot E mail me at per4mancemarine@aol.com so I can get an idea because I have never had the chance to do anything like this......................Bill

One of the nicest shows I go to every year is hosted by the Land of Lakes GTO Club and it is called the Muscle Car Classic.  It is for all makes of muscle cars built from 1961 to 1974.  Hope you can pull it together, I know you'll enjoy it.

Vette(s): 72 coupe, 350 4 spd, modified motor, exhaust, tires & wheels. '91 ZR1, modified exhaust.
You're not wrong in thinking it may be too early in planning a local car show. You'll find out all the preperation that's needed. If you surf the web through some of the clubs and show listings' sites, you'll see quite a few shows scheduled already. Take a good look around at dates so you don't conflict with another show already scheduled. Good luck and hope you have good weather.
