Vette Station Wagon Info

I am looking for info on the Station Wagon conversions that were done in the 70's.
Do you know of any links to photos or what companys did the conversions?
How would this effect the value of one that was restored vs. stock restored?
Should this be insured differently than a regular Vette?

There's an old thread here somewhere that was dicussing the various types of Vette owners (originals vs modifieds vs customs). I had found and posted this page of Custom Corvette Conversions in an old Ekler's catalog a friend had given me. The C3s sure inspired some interesting design extensions!

If you do an internet search on "Corvette Wagon" you should find a long diary on a guy that bought one and his trails with it. Some photos and links on his site.

Thanks for all the help.
This is what I have been able to find out so far.
There were 2 main companys that offered the conversion.
Ecklers (used a long thin window that didn't curve up to the roof) and Greenwood (used a curved side glass that went onto the roof).
This search started because of my Vette on my comp and a coworker asking if I knew anything about custom Vettes.
I haven't seen it or know what kind of condition it is in.

Have a look at my corvette; it's a Greenwood sport wagon based on a 1974-model.

It's in quite good condition and I like it very much because of the nice-shaped wagon-parts, which fit well to the C3 shark line. It has original GM-side-pipes and centerline wheels.

I prefer the Greenwood-wagons to the Eckler-wagons, they look better. I think, my corvette is the only wagon in Germany, I'm interested in other wagons in the U.S.

Well, I've never really been a big fan of this particular conversion/modification, but I have to say that the one owned by mabuse looks tons better than the one on eBay!
