May have just gotten lucky! Deppends on how you look at it I suppose. I drive by this old oil company every day, they have 2 old gas pumps sitting on a loading dock and I finally called about them. The guy said he had sold all his complete pumps and wanted to get rid of those two and I could just have them! They are rough, but can be repaired and painted. I need another project like I need to get married again, but I really want a pump for the garage!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the Weber site! You name it, they got it in spare parts for the old pumps, i.e., Tokheim, Gilbarco just to name a few. If this guy's gonna give'em to ya, you're halfway there. I gotta expand before I can fit one of these babies in my garage. Congrats and "Happy refurbishing".

I'm hoping I can find a tag on them so I can tell what kind they are! Basically, the main chassis is there on both of them and one door, the little spin thingy's are still there. The gentleman that's giving them to me said they probably never had the globes on top, not all pumps had them. The pumps and motors are still in them but should I even care? Kind of glad I'm not married, I'd really catch the dickens over this! |laugh| |cheers|
